Basili&Co. is a Ligurian restaurant and focacceria founded in 2018 by Anna and Federico, inspired by their love for the cuisine of Genoa and its surrounding area. This genuine passion has won over the people of Varese, becoming a must-visit in just a few years.

It all started with the location on Via Del Cairo, with the courtyard transformed into a welcoming space in every season. Then came a new space, and finally the opening of Basili&Co. 2 at Via Veneto 5, a sign of growth and a strong connection with the city.

The heart of the place remains the same: Genoese focaccia made according to tradition, Ligurian dishes that evoke the sea and conviviality, and Aperisilico, the aperitif that set a trend in Varese.

Today, Basili&Co. is the place to stop for breakfast, a business lunch, an aperitif with friends, or a memorable evening. With a simple yet powerful idea: to bring Liguria to Varese, without ever losing the smile and warm welcome that distinguish us.
